Hello everyone,

My query for today is-

How are consultants coping up,with their work in the times of zero travel.

How are the consultants dealing with the temporary Work from Home?

Is the productivity of the consulting firm being hampered with this?

I would love to hear out from you all.

The pandemic has definitely affected the way we do our work. Like any other business, most of our consulting is person-to-person. So for me, It was a learning curve to manage the same over media. That said, this was a great opportunity to move my business online and opened new avenues for consulting. As they say "The world is your Web". In this case the world is in on the www. My clients have found my support invaluable especially in these difficult times and see more benefit in a consultant. We are no a critical part of their recovery and no more "value added" service

I see,the pandemic has really paved a way for the Consultants to help the organisations in the time of emergency and plummeting profits.

It has definitely in my case. I have been able to turn around business for a retail counter in South Tamil Nadu  and am working with a facade contractor to bring them back on track. Covid has shown customers the need for overall knowledge in managing business than just the execution skills which they are the best at. Still, all we do is facilitate. If the customers do not embrace the principles and implement the required changes it remains just a philosophy.

Oh yes it's the time we understand the importance of knowledge in growing and surviving in such troublesome times.

Keep doing the good work sir.

Happy Consulting:-)
